Why Governmental Workers also Have to Go abroad?
More and more people want to go abroad for academic advancement or business exchanges. So do the government leaders and middle-level governmental workers to improve their public services.
Some people, however, keep an critical eye in this problem, saying this is "a kind of making a tour on public money". Others say it is a kind of extra pay for their over-service. I don't agree with them because they fail to see the importance to be open and progressive in running governmental affairs by exchanging and learning experience from the outside world.
